How to use Polymarine Flexible Paints

The simple-to-follow instructions will help you get an excellent finish when using these specially formulated flexible paints for the renovation of inflatable boats.

  • Flexithane for Hypalon boat fabrics
  • Superflex for PVC Dinghy Fabrics. 

Flexithane Hypalon Paint

* A fully flexible paint formulated for Hypalon PU and rubber variant fabric
* Smooth satin finish, will not crack or flake off
* No mixing required, apply with a brush or gloss roller, touch dry in 30 minutes
* Can be sprayed. Two coats for best results
* Used for resealing and preventing rubbing strake and mouldings from powdering
* Supplied in 500ml containers
* 1 x 500ml Tin is enough to apply two coats of paint on 4 to 5 square metres.
* Available in Black, White, Grey, Yellow, Orange, Red, Blue, Midnight Blue.
* WARNING – Flexithane must NOT be used on any PVC coated fabric surface.

Superflex PVC Paint

* A fully flexible paint formulated for renovating PVC and any other PVC variant fabric
* Smooth satin finish, will not crack or flake off
* No mixing required, apply with a brush or gloss roller, touch dry in one hiur
* Seawater and sunlight resistant
* Many uses including hatch covers, PVC fenders, boatcovers, dodgers etc.
* Supplied in 500ml containers
* Coverage 500ml Tin is enough to apply two coats of paint on 2 to 3 square metres
* Also available in Black, White, Grey, Yellow, Orange, Red, Blue, Midnight Blue.
